Leaving our homestay in Tekapo, we continued our expedition towards the south along the Southern Alps. Driving along Lake Pukaki, the lake that leads to Mount Cook and Tasman Glacier. It was exciting to see the highest peak in the Southern Alps and visit the largest glacier in a day.
