Christchurch is known as the “Garden City” due to its warm weather, abundance sunshine, flower beds and an expansive Botanic Garden. the city center of Christchurch was devastated of being the epicenter of an earthquake in 2011, and it might take a long time for the restoration work to be done. Mini-Kyoto: Kurashiki

While Kyoto is simply irreplaceable, I had sweet moments walking in “mini-Kyoto” – Kurashiki, Japan, during the cherry blossoms season. Our first sight of the canal area was stunning – just like we were in a movie set of an old Japanese movie.
