There were mixed things that I heard about climbing Uluru. Before I went, I learned that climbing Uluru was not allowed because it’s considered sacred; but then my friend told me it’s actually allowed. So… to climb, or not to climb?
Vélib’ing around Paris – in a Day (almost for free)
Spring has come and Voici Le Mois de May! Travelling around Paris is fabulous and now travelers could even easily bike around the city — and so, I was in Paris, (and will be there again soon in June), and there was a day when my friends had “businesses” and I had a day to myself — I made a plan to bike around Paris to see some of my fav spots in a day.
Northern lights are just a dream. Viewing the lights during the peak season Finland was on the top of my list mostly – there are direct flights from my hometown to Helsinki, closeness to the Arctic Circle, and state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure. After my amazing trip to the Arctic Circle, I would like to share 4 afterthoughts and 8 photo-taking tips with you.
I titled my visits to the Italian cities “Run! Run!” because I was really in a hurry – I had only a week in Italy and I wanted to cover as much of the country as possible. My 1-day mission to see all the essentials of the eternal city – Rome!
